The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 284 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 90 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from back side of house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
