2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the final selection list of Home Guard Admission of all blocks of District Gaya through the Advertisement No. 02 of 2011. In this regard he has filed the representation vide Annexure- P/6 before the different authorities but no consideration has been made on the petitioner's representation.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has not filed his representation before the competent authority, as

3. As such, the petitioner is directed to file fresh representation raising all his points before the Collector-cumChairman, Home Guard Selection Committee, Gaya (respondent No. 5) within 30 days from today and respondent No. 5 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.
