KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P. S. Case no. 132 of 2017 instituted for offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that on 08.05.2017 on account of suspicious movement of the petitioner the police apprehended him and after search on his person two mobile phones were recovered from him, which are said to be stolen.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32923 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case no. 132 of 2017.
