The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harnaut P.S. Case No.113 of 2018 registered under Sections 420 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code and 51, 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act. The gist of the allegation that the petitioner was selling pirated books of Bharti Bhawan Publishers and Distributors from his shop and at the time of raid, many pirated books were recovered from the shop of the petitioner known as Kitabghar situated at Ranchi Road, Harnaut.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no knowledge about the piracy of the books. He used to purchase the books from the wholesaler.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40081 of 2018 (2) dt.12-07-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.113 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
