JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR daughter of the informant was traceless and informant received phone calls from Mobile No. 9477236488 asking her to come along with the petitioner and the girl will be released. Again she received phone calls from Mobile Nos. 7498437489, 8142845943 and 8341066372 asking her for securing presence of the petitioner for release of her daughter but the girl is still traceless.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and moreover the parties have settled the dispute.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51687 of 2019(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that during investigation it has come that one of the SIMs belongs to the petitioner and the girl is still traceless.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
