JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2020 Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar Labh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Upendra Pratap Singh, learned A.C. to S.C.4 through video conferencing.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not availed the statutory provision of appeal and revision before the Commissioner and the Collector and, therefore, he may be allowed to file appeal before the Collector against the order cancelling the license of the petitioner by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hajipur, Vaishali. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to present the appeal within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order before the Collector,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16343 of 2019(3) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 Vaishali who shall dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within two months which is statutory period by passing a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
