2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the present writ petition suspension of the petitioner has been revoked under order dated 10.09.2013, but entire arrears of the subsistence allowance has not been paid so far.

3. Let petitioner represent before the authorities for payment of arrears of subsistence allowance and arrears be paid to the petitioner as early as possible, in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner annexing a copy of this order before the authorities.
