Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus of demand of dowry and torture for the same and commission of dowry death.

Submission is that petitioners have been falsely implicated. The husband of the victim is already in jail. If the husband of the victim is already in jail, let the petitioners, above named, against whom the allegation is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52359 of 2019(2) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 general and omnibus, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Shahpur Police Station Case No.108 of 2014, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
