2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barah P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 dated 13.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown miscreants are alleged to have looted the gold and silver ornaments, Rs. 8000/- and cloths from the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in this case on mere suspicion.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57070 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has six criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody in this since 28.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Barah, Patna in connection with Barah P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025, with a condition:- (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled.

7. The application stands allowed.
