ANSARI ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 This is an application, made under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Vinod Ram, in connection with Rajepur P.S.Case No. 81/13 under Sections 341/342/323/307/302/34 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. Perused the above application and materials on record including a copy of the order, dated 03.02.2014, passed, in ABP No. 13/14, by the learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, rejecting the said application for pre-arrest bail. Heard Mr. Hari Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. T.P.Mandal, learned APP, appearing for the State.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application for pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33214 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioners.
