The petitioner being mother in law is apprehending her arrest in connection with the Rajpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 326, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation made, injuries purported to have been inflicted, the history of litigation between the parties and there being case and counter cases and also the fact that these petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3497 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VII, District - Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
