This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 3963/2018, disclosing offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and allegation against him is of subjecting the complainant to cruelty and ousting from the house in connection with demand of dowry of Rs. Twenty Five lakh for purchasing a flat at Gurgaon.

No.53026 of 2019(4) dt.08-11-2019 2/3 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the allegations are false and concocted and he is still ready to take the complainant with himself from this court itself and will keep her with full honour and dignity, wherever, he resides.

In this case earlier notice was issued to informant and both the parties are present in person in the court and opposite party no. 2 is also ready to reside with the petitioner. Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, provisional bail earlier granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.08.2019 is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the court below and petitioner is permitted to take the complainant with himself to his matrimonial house from the Court itself and he will keep her with full honour and dignity, wherever he resides either at her matrimonial house or at his place of service and after expiry of six months, both the parties shall appear before the concerned court below, who who will assess the matrimonial life of the parties and if the court below is satisfied with their relationship, he will confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, otherwise, he is free to pass any order as he deems fit and proper. It is also made clear that learned court below while
