2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354(A), 354(B), 354(D), 379, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and sections 8/12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, on 15.03.2024, when the informant was going to appear in her examination, the accused persons including the petitioner started teasing her and when she protested, they assaulted her and also snatched her mobile.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a student of B.A. in S.U. College. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 29.06.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-7-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (ii) The petitioner shall remain present physically on each and every date before the court below till framing of the charges. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (iii) If it is found that the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.

(iv) One of the bailors must be father of the petitioner.
