JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 This is a repeat application by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.129/2013 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was considered on 03.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46772/2014. It is stated that the amount said to have been embezzled by the petitioner has been credited in the account of the beneficiaries. After making submission at some length, the counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the subsequent development, the petitioner shall appear and pray for regular bail before the Court below.

The application is dismissed.
