JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 The petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 03.05.2017 for a period of 15(fifteen) days for performing the marriage of his daughter and on 19.05.2017 the provisional bail of the petitioner was extended till 07.06.2017 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 620 of 2012, arising out of Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012, pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Naland at Biharsharif. The petitioner was further directed to surrender in the court below after availing the period of provisional bail.

From the order dated 12.06.2017 of the court below passed in Sessions Trial No. 620 of 2012, it is evident that the petitioner has already surrendered in the court below in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20635 of 2017 (4) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 compliance to the order dated 03.05.2017 and he has been taken into judicial custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no further order is required to be passed on merit. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
