JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 27-06-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16402 of 2018 by which the petitioners along with others were granted anticipatory bail.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No.2, who is wife of petitioner No.1, met with an accident on 18.05.2018 in Guwahati, Assam, as a result of which, they could not surrender in time as ordered by this Court. In view of such, eight weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Saharsa, in connection with Complaint Case No.C-81 of 2017, in terms of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37196 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 the order dated 11.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16402 of 2018.

This modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
