Informant was robbed off and for that, on the written report filed by the informant, Saroj Kumar Ray, an employee of Bandhan Bank, instant case has been registered. From the case diary, it is evident that save and except inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of co-accused, nothing more has been collected by the Investigating Officer. Accordingly, Noor Hussain @ Khurshid Alam @ Noor Hasan @ Khurshed Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gopalganj in Thawe PS Case No. 117/2016.
