Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.129 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 337, 338, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her son was playing cricket in the ground of Primay School, Parthu. Some altercation took place amongst the children on which Mukesh Kumar, the petitioner and others assaulted the son of the informant. Mukesh Kumar, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the son of the informant with cricket bat on his head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Boby Kumar, the son of the informant got simple injury on head (Annexure-2).
Taking into consideration the facts that the children

No.51778 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 began to quarrel with each other while they were playing cricket in which the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant with cricket bat causing injury on his head and the injury is opined to be simple in nature, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.129 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
