2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. According to F.I.R., on 21.04.25 at about 10:15 PM, when informant was on the way towards Kharagpur, in the meantime, two unknown miscreants, riding on motorcycle, snatched his mobile phone, cash of about Rs. 14,000/- and other valuable ornaments and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Devraj Singh. No stolen article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and no stolen articles have been recovered from his possession, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Munger in connection with Tarapur P. S. Case No. 88 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
