1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 15.05.2023, while she was giving tution to the children at her door, when Janardan and Golu came

No.60418 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/3 and started abusing the informant, on protest, they started assaulting her and thereafter Nirmal and Meera came from behind and abused the informant, further when her husband and mother came to her rescue, but they were also assaulted.

4. The learned counsel submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated, in the instant case, by the informant with general and omnibus allegation of assault. It is next submitted that husband of the informant has instituted proceeding under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. against Janardan and others. It is next submitted that the allegation of abuse is ornamental.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Banka in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
