JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.05.2017 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and others killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. He has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. He is a resident of different village. The husband of the deceased is in custody.
