The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. In fact, the victim was upset due to her husband getting alcoholic and hence, she committed suicide.

No.3982 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, who, as per learned counsel for the petitioners, is in custody and the petitioners claimed to be aged about 75 and 70 years respectively, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 469 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
