This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 395/396 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42650/2014.

I do not find any fresh merit, in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, accordingly, the same is hereby rejected, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No.64/2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
