The learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case, the petitioner approaches the D.R.T. Patna, within a period of two weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.19183 of 2021(7) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 today, the said Authority shall take appropriate decision. In the meantime, the respondent- Bank shall maintain status quo for a period of two weeks. This order will enure till the expiry of two weeks only.
