2. The petitioners are apprehening arrest in connection with a case registered on 03.04.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against the petitioners alleging therein that they attacked on the informant while he was cutting wheat crops in his agricultural field.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He further submits that upon minute reading of the F.I.R., it becomes crystal clear that the informant and the petitioners are agnate. Petitioner No. 1 and the informant are full brothers and to cut the agricultural product, the dispute took place between them. Moreover, the petitioners have no criminal

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submits that it is true that both the petitioners and the informant belong to the same family.
6. In the facts and circumstances, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 30000/- (thirty ₹ thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
