2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banka Cyber P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64, 123, 351(2)(3) of the BNS and Section 66C and 67 of the IT Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused tried to blackmail the informant and made physical relationship with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2025. He further submits that the FIR has been registered after three years of the alleged

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the delay in lodging the FIR, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Banka Cyber P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025.
