This appeal under section 11 of the Probation of Offenders Act (for short "the Offenders Act") is directed against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 6.7.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No.79 of 2003 whereby while convicting the appellant under sections 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code, the trial court has released the appellant after due admonition in terms of section 3 of the Offenders Act.
At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this application.
