2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Purnea vide order dated 02.03.2023 in A.B.P. No. 228 of 2023, arising out of Complaint Case No. 592 of 2021.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58112 of 2023(3) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
