Advocate - 1, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the relief, which was sought for in the present writ petition, has already been granted, however; he submits that though promotion was granted, but not from the date as petitioner was claiming. He makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that if so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
