Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Itarhi P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014 dated 04.12.2014 instituted for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

It has been informed by the learned counsel for the Power Distribution Company that the chargesheet in this case has already been submitted and the case is pending for appearance.

In that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous. This petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner would have the liberty to avail of the remedies, which are available to him under the law.
