Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013 registered under Sections-324, 307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the allegation of causing injury on the head of the informant is against co-accused, Maksudan and so far as petitioners are concerned; omnibus allegation of theft and assault has been levelled against them and moreover, the mother of the petitioners has also lodged counter case against the prosecution party, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
