====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the State at the outset submits that the SIT, which was constituted for recovering the victim, was successful in recovering the victim. It is further submitted that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS wherein she has not supported the case of the prosecution.

4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59979 of 2024(7) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 of the petitioners submits that petitioners, being parents of Shatrudhan Prasad, have been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that Shatrudhan Prasad is also in custody.

5. Considering the submissions aforesaid, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
