ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment and order dated 02.07.2012 passed in Cr. Appeal No.50 of 2013 by which the Sessions Judge, Samastipur, has affirmed the order dated 09.05.2013 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur, in Misc. Case No.04 of 2002, by which the Magistrate had declared the Opposite Party No.2 as juvenile. On going through the facts of the case, I do not find any infirmity in the orders of the Court below. Hence, the application is dismissed.
