The petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 556 of 2019, Special Case No. 6036 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) 37(b) (c) of Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that 24 litres of country made liquor in 12 Koka Kola bottles kept in a sack has been recovered from Motorcycle which was driven by the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51144 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 556 of 2019, Special Case No. 6036 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
