JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 The petitioner prays for quashing of the order dated 18.8.2009 passed by the Administrator-cum-Special Officer, Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts by which he has removed the petitioner from the post of Mahanth, Kabir Panthy Math Nause Tand, Bihia.

I find that the petitioner has statutory remedy under section 28(3) of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Board Act. In case, the petitioner moved the District Judge, Bhojpur within six weeks from today, the learned Judge would condone the delay in filing the application as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
