JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 512/2015 arising out of G.R. No. 3207 of 2015, S.T. No. 115 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 326, 120(b) and 504 of the IPC.

Earlier the prayer for regular bail was rejected vide order dated 21.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No. 47979 of 2016 by this Court with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and to conclude the trial within a period of six months but the trial has not completed till today.

Heard learned APP, also, opposes the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33721 of 2017 (3) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly his prayer stands rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible preferably within a period of three months.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
