2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition is misconceived and not maintainable as the impugned order dated 20.10.2011 has not been enclosed with the writ petition. It is further submitted that in any event the writ petition has now become infructuous in view of the statement made in para 2 of the writ petition that the allotment of Lajpat Park was only for a period of 60 days, which period has since elapsed.
