JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 379, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband and he is ready to keep his wife-the complainant.

Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that the complainant is also ready to live with the petitioner provided the petitioner gives an undertaking to keep her properly. Considering the submission of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and the court below shall grant provisional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34352 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 bail to the petitioner for two months in Complaint Case No. 1560(C) of 2013 on furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Nalanda. The court below shall also issue notice to the complainant and make all efforts for reconciliation of the dispute between the husband and the wife. If the dispute is resolved amicably between the parties, the provisional bail so granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
