The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014, registered under Sections 380 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The whole thrust of allegation against Pappu Rai and this petitioner is sister of Pappu Rai and informant is uncle of the petitioner. It is submitted that there is dispute of partition of property between the father and own uncle of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case , the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.197 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
