The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The allegation of demand of dowry is on the husband of the deceased and not against the petitioner. It has also come on record that the deceased died due to snake bite Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
