Petitioners apprehend arrest in Jehanabad Kalpa PS Case No. 26 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A of the IPC. It is submitted by petitioners' Counsel that the petitioners are elder brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and Gotni of the victim. The alleged occurrence is of 20.12.2018 whereas the FIR has been lodged on 10.1.2019. Petitioners are living separately and have no connection with the affairs of the family of the victim and her husband. While filing the case all members of the family have been implicated on extraneous consideration. The report has been received pursuant to the order dated 16.11.2019. The court below has reported that no process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa) PS Case No. 26 of 2019 against the instant accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts the provisional bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53814 of 2019(5) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 granted earlier to the petitioners under order dated 27.8.2019 is therefore confirmed.
