2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 1330 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 64 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with two other co-accused is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58643 of 2025(4) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 case. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in a relationship.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Saharsa/ concerned Court in connection with Saharsa P.S.
