Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paru P.S. Case No. 426 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 series. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
