Taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail custody since 04.6.2014 on the accusation that marriage of victim was forcibly solemnized with the petitioner and furthermore, the co-accused, Rubi Devi @ Rubi Kumari Devi against whom, there was allegation of taking of the victim, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhramath P.S.Case No. 56 of 2013.
