15 litres of Nepali Saunfi was seized from a motorcycle occupied by the petitioner and two others whereupon petitioner happens to be under custody since 16.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.
Accordingly, petitioner, Chintu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C Chief Judicial Magistrate- Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C-2/269/17/113/17.
