The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19335 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2016 after his surrender, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house, admittedly, the premises from where the alleged recovery was made is disputed land and several persons have opened Kathal there.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of the prayer of bail, again his such prayer stands rejected.

No.46414 of 2017(2) dt.11-10-2017 2/22017 However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after taking the same on priority basis, failing which the petitioner, if at no fault, may be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail.
