Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Deokund P.S.Case No.18 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story is that while the informant was residing at his Darwaza the accused persons including the petitioners came there and there is allegation against the petitioner nos.1 and 2 of assault by lathi to the informant and there is allegation against the petitioner no.3 of abusing to

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and even in the impugned order it is not mentioned that the injuries are grievous in nature.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Deokund P.S.Case No.18 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
