The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 5844 of 2019 arising out of Patna Junction (Banka Ghat) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that 10 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
