The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 152/15 registered under Sections 147, 149, 283 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there was a peaceful protest by almost hundred persons against non-payment of relief amount for the damage done by the hailstorm and earthquake.
