2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No.230 of 2010 registered for an offence under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

3. It has been submitted that altogether ten accused persons named in the FIR on the command of Navin Singh allegedly caught hold and assaulted the father of the informant as a result of which his father died on spot. The main accused Navin Singh has been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.21472 of 2017 on 21.08.2017 and one Shankar Bhagat has been allowed regular bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.38224 of 2017 on 31.08.2017. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer of bail is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court below in Paroo P.S.Case No.230 of 2010.
